Within the framework of World Environment Day, Nestlé Mexico is committed to transforming and using resources to contribute to a sustainable future, focused on combating climate change by reducing its greenhouse gas emissions by 50% by 2030 and continuing to work to reach the goal of net zero emissions by 2050. That is why the Nestlé Climate Change Advisory Council was created, a body for participation, advice and rigorous analysis of sustainability strategies for making assertive decisions in relation to the actions and/or programs of Nestlé Mexico, aimed at confront climate change. The Advisory Council will be made up of a President representing the CEO of the company, a Technical Secretariat made up of company.
